Updates-The cottage was lifted, leveled, and new supports installed. Added spray foam insulation to the underside of the cottage, Replaced the windows (except the sunroom) and added a full glass front door. Totally gutted and installed a new bathroom with a walk-in shower. Painted the interior, completely redecorated and outfitted the kitchen for improved aesthetics and functionality, and added three AC units and heaters. Added Bell satellite for internet and TV-very good service (can use MS Teams/Zoom with no problem for remote work). New pump in 2024. Added UV water filtration system Removed the many tree stumps around the property, brought in fill and top-seeded some areas. Created a large outdoor firepit area overlooking the water. Created several garden beds and planted shrubs, perennials, and fruit bushes throughout the property.
